Built on years of experience

PrismaFleet was born out of real-world experience. As part of ActivLease, we increasingly saw the same need emerging among our customers. Companies wanted a clearer overview, greater insight and, above all, more control over their fleet. Not just over vehicles and contracts, but also over costs, drivers and day-to-day processes.

That is why we launched My ActivFleet in 2019. It was a great first step, but it soon became clear that companies needed a more comprehensive solution. Fleet management was becoming more complex, data was becoming more important, and organisations wanted to be able to act more quickly on costs and efficiency.

In 2023, we therefore developed a fully independent fleet management system. Built on our own experience, with our customers’ needs as the starting point. In 2025, this system was named MobyHub.

PrismaFleet may seem like a young company, but behind our software lies the experience of ActivLease, with over 4,000 customers and years of expertise in business mobility. That combination is our strength: modern software, developed by people who truly understand fleet management.
